Cleveland International Fund:
An EB-5 Regional Center
Cleveland International Fund, Ltd (CiF) is a private equity fund that operates under the US Government's EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program to connect accredited foreign investors with real estate development projects. With approximately a quarter billion USD under management, CiF uses EB-5 foreign investment capital to support Commercial Real Estate projects in the residential, mixed-use, entertainment, and health care sectors.
CiF has been designated as a regional center since 2010 and is authorized by the USCIS to operate in a geographic area that covers parts of Ohio and Pennsylvania, including the metro areas of Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh.
CiF works with established developers and regional governmental authorities to finance job-creating EB-5 projects that offer the greatest chance for success.
In addition, CiF can assist each Investor in navigating all aspects of the EB-5 process. CiF has already helped hundreds of families receive US Green Cards and continues to be committed to providing the same high-quality service to all CiF Investors.
CiF's EB-5 investments have been key to supporting catalytic, job-creating projects across the Greater Cleveland area, including the Flats East Bank, the expansion of the University Hospital System, the Uptown development in University Circle and the redevelopment of The Westin hotel in Downtown Cleveland.
