Ninth & Euclid Project

CiF's EB-5 Investors provided partial financing to the Ninth & Euclid Project. This Project centers on renovating a group of Downtown Cleveland buildings into a mixed-use facility comprised of a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, office space, entertainment venues, a Heinen's grocery store and apartments. The Project was designed to capitalize on the rising demand for quality residential and entertainment offerings in Cleveland's Central Business District.

The Project was conceptualized, designed, and built by The Geis Companies and opened to the public in September 2014.
